Lindsay heights innovation and wellness commons phase II

The North avenue corridor is an important commercial district, a neighborhood, and a “main street” with a history. The Center for Neighborhood Innovation is designed with features to not only create a place that fits, but to support a clean green sustainable life cycle as well. This project is planned to help re-establish the historic look and activity noticeable in other re-development in the Lindsay Heights area. The new building materials have a similarity in texture and color in harmony with the neighboring buildings. The planned block-long development is also divided into segments that resemble smaller buildings that are scaled to the pedestrian. The corners extend the charming facets of the streetscape into the cross street neighborhood.
