They are developing high-tech environments for their students craving "real-world" experience. This is especially prevalent (and relevant) with anyone focused on a healthcare profession. The project
includes two multistory apartment buildings with street-level commercial space,
a retail commercial office building, a replacement facility for the Legions
Hall, and a restaurant pub at the corner.
Prospective
commercial tenants include Lowlands Group, a restaurant operator that includes
two Cafe Hollander locations, and Alterra Coffee Roasters Inc.
