Progressive universities compete for accomplished faculty and inspired students by building outstanding and intuitive facilities. They are developing high-tech environments for their students craving "real-world" experience. This is especially prevalent (and relevant) with anyone focused on a healthcare profession. The Clinical Simulation Center is how healthcare students gain that experience and introduces them to that "real world".

Mequon's 'town center' proposal fits area's urban trend

The project
includes two multistory apartment buildings with street-level commercial space,
a retail commercial office building, a replacement facility for the Legions
Hall, and a restaurant pub at the corner.
Prospective
commercial tenants include Lowlands Group, a restaurant operator that includes
two Cafe Hollander locations, and Alterra Coffee Roasters Inc.
